Group by fix

Open findings that carry the same fix are clustered together, biggest impact first, with no model involved. One patch, one card, every finding it resolves listed under it.

Schedule

Assign and send

Send a finding, a selection or a whole grouped fix to remediation, one workflow per asset. Lanes are read from the BPMN diagram: whoever sent it and whoever fixes it, resolved from your directory. Tick the box and a Jira ticket goes with it.

Three sprints scheduled by AREA over the synthetic enterprise dataset, KEV listed findings first. Every card carries the CVE, the finding's title, the system and asset, and its scanner status; a card already sent to a remediation workflow says so at the top. Captured from the real product; the systems, assets, findings and the owner named on the cards are all fabricated.

Straight answers

Why does a dataset not show a sprint board?

A dataset needs a computed sprint schedule. Not every dataset has one, and the page says so rather than inventing one from severity.

Who owns a lane?

The person who sent the finding and the person assigned to fix it. Lane names come from the workflow diagram, so changing the process does not mean changing code.

Is a full progress bar done?

Only the Scanner Verified bar means done. Patches Applied is a claim; the next scan is the proof.

Is the Jira ticket automatic?

No. It is a checkbox on the send, off by default, so nothing appears in your project that a person did not choose to send.
